Design and Realization of Developing Webcourse System

摘要：

Based on constructivist theory, for bringing up innovative students, the paper stated that the developing method of webcourse for higher education, laid emphasis on design of learning contents and its supporting environment, stressed teaching strategy in training learner’s abilities to study on their own and cooperatively. Furthermore, the developing flow and realization of web teaching-system was introduced.
