Application of Projection Pursuit Model Based on Immune Genetic Algorithm in Water Quality Evaluation
For water quality evaluation, the technology of dimensionality reduction ---projecting pursuit classification model (PPC) was adopted and the projective direction was optimized by real coding based on accelerating genetic algorithm, converting multidimensional data indexes to lower dimensional subspace and the evaluation results were obtained according to the projection function values for the sample evaluating. By which the artificial interference in weight matrix value collecting for other methods can be avoided effectively. The practical use shows that the method has got satisfactory results and has good application prospect, it can be applied to other fields.
