Highway Environment Impact Synthetic Assessment Model Based on Uncertain Math

As a linear structure, the traffic situation and regional environment vary greatly with the different sections, which results in the fact that there is large variation of the environment assessment index for different section of highway. It is difficult how to take highway environment impact assessment into account synthetically. While nowadays, all of assessment methods are almost based on section mean assessment value with a neglect of the variation of different sections, not according to practical assessment as a linear structure. In terms of this, uncertain multi-attribute highway environment impact synthetic assessment model is built up based on the uncertain math theory. And the variation extension of highway environment impact synthetic assessment index along with the full line is considered in the form of interval number so that more information of environment assessment is preserved which is proved by a practical application.
