Research on Air Impact Assessment Based on Extension Matter Element Model
Air impact assessmwnt is a complex system which are influenced by a lot of factors. In this paper, extension matter element model is introduced into air impact assessment. Some relative integrated evaluating indices which combine a lot of pollutants SO2, TSP, Nox, CO, PM1 and O3 are considered in this model. Each evaluation indices is divided into four grades by evaluation indices value. In extension matter element model dependent function is used to evaluate dependent degree of the evaluated air condition to the certain evaluation characteristics. Considering the difference of pollutants as weight, the evaluated air condition value can be calculated and the corresponding improvements can be proposed. So extension matter element model provides a way to evaluate air conditions.
