New Oil Fume Cleaning Method

摘要：

A novel method based on the molecule collision and inertia separation is proposed to separate oil fume. The paper describes the purification principles, particles collision and inertia separation. The optimum operation conditions of device is discussed in details. The experiment result shows the method is high efficient to clean the food and beverage industry oil fume. The research contents of improving the fume cleaning method is presented.
