Process Research for Hair Products Wastewater Treatment
A study was conducted to investigate the process conditions of the hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation-chemical oxidation-activated carbon adsorption method used in hair products wastewater treatment. The parameters of biological treatment and chemical treatment were determined and the processing efficiency of each wastewater treatment unit was analyzed particularly. The experimental results showed that the total remove rates of CODcr, BOD5, SS, NH4+-N and the chromaticity were 92.1%, 92.8%, 82.2%, 94.5% and 96.9% respectively. The final effluent could satisfy the requirement of National Second-level Standard and the researches also have a significant meaning for the wastewater treatment of hair products industry.
