Risk Management of Wastewater Reclamation and Reuse
Although implementation examples demonstrated the technical and economic feasibility of reclaiming municipal wastewater, its difficult to predict the prospect of the reclamation project. A risk still exists from enteric virus and toxic contamination. In this paper, it is shown how an engineering risk management model may be used in order to quantify the risk of the wastewater reuse. The main purpose of the management model is to provide information regarding efficient wastewater reuse and wastewater management and make it feasible to provide suggestions for Chinese wastewater reuse management.
