Bioremediation of Petroleum Contaminated Soil by Nano-meter Immobilized Microorganism

Microbial strains of petroleum hydrocarbon degrading were screened and purified by collecting samples in petroleum contaminated soil. Highly efficient degrading strains H and F served as bioactive substances respectively, nanoporous silica was synthesized as a carrier by bio-macromolecule bionic technology, nanometer immobilized microorganisms were prepared by surface adsorption (surface binding) method. Its application in bioremediation showed that the primary degradation efficiency was as high as 96.2% in 50h. By repeating experiments for 8 times, all of the degradation efficiency are more than 95%.
