Analysis of Products from the Subcritical Liquefaction of Agricultural Waste in the Presence of Mixed Solvent
The subcritical liquefaction of rice straw to bio-oil with different kinds of solvent was studied in a 500 mL autoclave at 573 K, 5-9.9 Mpa, respectively. The results show that the maximum liquefaction conversion of rice straw is 89.05% with 1,4-dioxane-water mixture. The experiments, of which rice straw was liquefied in the condition of different ratios of 1,4-dioxane-water mixture, are shown that the yield of oil and total oil increases with the increasing ratio in the range of 0∶10-5∶5, and decreases from 5∶5 to 10∶0. The oil and PA+A (preasphaltene and asphaltene) fractions obtained at the optimal condition were analyzed by FTIR and GC-MS to investigate the type of the organic compounds in the bio-oil.
