Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Icaridin 25％ Lotion

摘要：

Icaridin is a very good insect repellent recommended by the World Health Organization, in order to establish analytical method for quality control, icaridin 25％ lotion was identified by GCMS, MS, NMR and FTIR. The results indicated that the active ingredient of icaridin 25％ lotion was icaridin itself and they were accorded with its chemical structure. The quantitative analysis method of icaridin 25％ lotion was established by GC-FID, the study indicated that, the average content of active ingredient of icaridin 25％ lotion is determined as 27.74％ with 0.43％ of SD and 1.56％ of coefficient of variation, the fortified recovery of this method were from 98％~ 101％ with 1.23％ of SD and 1.24％ of coefficient of variation, this method can be used for quantitative analysis of icaridin.
