An Efficient Approach to Synthesis of 2, 5-Disubstituted-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole Containing Furan Using Microwave Irradiation
5 novel 2, 5-disubstituted-1, 3, 4-oxadiazoles containing furan Ⅱ a~e have been synthesized respectively by microwave irradiation and conventional heating method in POCI<,3> (phosphorous oxychloride). The reaction time was obviously shortened from 6-8h to 10min, and the yield was increased averagely 13% under microwave irradiation in comparison to conventional method. The structures of target compounds were identified by IR, MS, <1> HNMR and elemental analysis.
