Assessing the level of Yerevans soils pollution with heavy metals
The article deals with the assessment of the level of Yerevans soils pollution with heavy metals (HMs). For this purpose studied were HM contents and migration of their mobile (water soluble) forms in soils. For the study soils, the highest contents of water soluble forms (40.95%-80.73% of gross total) are established for copper. To assess complex pollution, summary index of soil pollution (Z<,c>) are calculated, which highest contents are established for the soils of the central part of Yerevan. The obtained data can be used in the analysis of risk of urban environment pollution with HMs and while developing practical recommendations on polluted soils decontamination.
