Trace elements uptake by soybean under rate and source phosphorous fertilizers in typic quartzipsamment soil
The input of trace elements into the soil under different rates and sources phosphorous and their transference for soybean were evaluated in a greenhouse experiment. A completely randomized experimental design with four repetitions was done, in factorial 5×4, being five sources of P (ST, TM, FR1, FR2 and FN) and four rates of P (0, 100, 300 and 600mg·dm<3>). The aims of this study were to determine the content of cadmium, arsenic and lead in phosphate fertilizers selling in Brazil; the uptake of cadmium, arsenic and lead by soybean cultivated in Brazilians soil under phosphate fertilizers application; and assess by regression equation the increase of trace elements concentration in soybean plant and soil after increase rates of phosphate fertilizers. From the data it is clearly evident that the phosphorous source presents trace elements contraction are quite different for each source. From the mass balance approach, it is evident that Cd is the element of most concern.
