Transport of aeroelectricity in the lower atmosphere

摘要：

The speeds of transportation of aeroelectric field heterogeneities V△E in a surface layer were calculated by results of natural observations. It was shown that value of speeds of aeroelectric field heterogeneities V△E are distinct from horizontal speed of a wind in a surface layer V2m and are connected to high-altitude profiles of a space charge and components of wind speed inside of low part of planetary boundary layer
