Surface Layer Electric State Time-Depended Modeling
Surface layer electric states time-depended model is under consideration. The theoretically profiles of the electric field, the conductivity and the space charge density are calculated in the approximations of the classical and the turbulent electrode effect. The electrode layer characteristic scales are about 4 m for the non-turbulent atmosphere and 30 m for the turbulent case. The characteristic times of stationary state establishment are about 5-7 minutes in the classical electrode layer and 15 minutes if there is the turbulent mixing.
