The Computer Modeling of the Atmosphere Electrode Effect Dynamics

The turbulent electrode effect modeling is developed to estimate the dynamics of electrode effect characteristics from the data of continuous measurements of meteorological parameters and atmosphere electric field near a ground surface. The variations of altitude profiles of an electric field and air ions’ concentrations are estimated together with the rate of ion production, recombination coefficient and air ion mobility. The described method can be used in air electricity observations in near real time mode. The results of calculations for the data obtained in Borok Geophysical Observatory during summer 2006 are discussed.
