Recovery Of Space Charge Distribution By The Method Of Test Structures

In the present work a recently proposed test-structure method is developed and applied to the interpretation of recent experimental data for modeling and diagnostics of the electric-field dynamics in the atmospheric boundary layer. The results of numerical modeling necessary for interpretation of the relationships between the spectrum parameters and the structure functions of short-period electric-field pulsations are presented. The stationary states and relaxation times of a system consisting of light ions and aerosol particles with allowance for the dependence of balance coefficients on the magnitude of the electric field are considered.
