Potential Vulnerability Analysis and Vulnerability Zoning of Thunderstorm Disaster in Shanghai

摘要：

Thunderstorm has multiple factors that can make disaster, so the risk assessment of thunderstorm is more difficult than other hazards. Potential vulnerability and vulnerability zoning are both important factors in the risk assessment of thunderstorm disaster. With several years’ lightning positioning data and thunderstorm disaster statistical data, it is developed that how the lightning positioning data is used to analyze the potential vulnerability. With the density of people and average GDP analyzed, a comprehensive evaluation of each district’s potential vulnerability is made by GIS analyzing tool. At last, the vulnerability zoning of each district in shanghai is made. All of these research results will provide scientific basis for risk assessment of thunderstorm disaster and thunderstorm protection in Shanghai.
