A New Calculating Method to Grounding Resistance of Multi Parallel Grounding-rods

There are a lot of lessons of failures in actual design of grounding, and the reason is omnifarious . Maybe the most important reason is the method be chosen. Now days, when we design a grounding project with multi parallel grounding-rods ,most engineers would choose the method which is suggested by most of the national or international standards, the method is used a parallel-factor to modify the resistance value of multi parallel grounding-rods. In this method, the choice of parallel-factor is arbitrary in usual, especially, when the number of parallel groundingrods is more than ten or twenty, its error is can not ignore and the estimate value is conspicuous differential to the real result constantly. Of late years, some new method had been presented in some papers, such as: finite element method, surface charge simulation method etc. Maybe, these methods are really too complex or need special program, almost no engineer would choose them in actual works. The electrostatic analogue method and computer emulation are used in this paper, we also designed some experiments for it, then modified the factors of the emulation and modified our algorithm, after many actual projects we can consider that our new algorithm is agree to the real result.
