Test Research of Tunnel Fire with Natural Ventilation
In order to study the fire properties, the variation laws of smokes velocity field and temperature field in the municipal road tunnel with openings on roof, full-scale tests of tunnel fire are designed and conducted. The variation laws of smoke temperature and smoke spread are gained, for example, temperature of different distance from fire source varies with time, maximum temperature under the ceiling of different distance from fire source varies with longitudinal distance, and temperature at safety height varies with longitudinal distance from fire source, smoke longitudinal spread laws and sedimentation laws. The test data are analyzed with MatLab software and so on. On the base of theoretically analyzing the test data, the test phenomenon are summed up, the security of the tunnels natural ventilation in fires is evaluated and the corresponding solutions are brought forward. Scientific gist is afforded for construction of future municipal road tunnel with natural ventilation.
