RCC Interlayer Quality Control Standard of Longtan Dam

摘要：

Longtan dam is the first roller compacted concrete dam in the 200m height. In this paper applied Longtan raw materials, the set time of RCC added retarding superplasticizer was studied under different temperature conditions. The compression, tensile, shear strength and limit tensile strain value of RCC with different lays treating measures were measured under different interval time conditions. The technical measures to deal with the interlayer in construction were proposed. Based on the above results, the criterion of exposure intervals time to allow was established. The recognition of quality control standards of hot joints, warm joints and cold joints was established for Longtan RCC dam.
