RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF VEHICLE-RUNNING PROPERTY FOR HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY BRIDGE UNDER EARTHQUAKE
The vehicle-running safety for high-speed railway bridges under the action of earthquake is more important comparing with ordinary railway bridges. In this paper, the conception of vehicle-running limit state is proposed, and coefficient of derail, reduction rate of wheel load and lateral force on a wheel are used to judge whether a train is in the normal running state or in derail state. In order to gain the failure surface at the neighborhood of design point, a new response surface method is proposed. The reliability of vehicle-running property for a high-speed railway bridge under the action of earthquake is evaluated.
