ANALYSIS OF TRAIN-TURNOUT-BRIDGE SPATIAL VIBRATION WITH TRAIN THROUGH TURNOUT IN THE STRAIGHT DIRECTION
Aiming at turnout on bridge, the rail-turnout tie- bridge spring-damping vibration model was built by using finite element method. The train-turnout-bridge spatial vibration equations were formulated by using the principle of total potential energy with stationary value in elastic system dynamics and the set-in-right-position rule for formulating matrixes. Taking a continuous frame bridge with a crossover combined with two No.38 turnouts laid on as an example, the train-turnout-bridge spatial vibration dynamic responses were analyzed when China Star high speed train ran through turnout in the straight direction at the speed of 200km/h. The results were compared with those of train running through turnout on roadbed and of train running through continuously welded rail track on bridge. The calculation results show that bridge leads the displacement of rail and turnout tie to increase very much, the dynamic responses of train increase a little, and it has little effect to the acceleration of the system and wheel/rail force. Turnout leads the acceleration of beam to increase a little and the dynamic responses of train to increase very much.
