RESEARCH ON EVALUATION METHODS AND REINFORCEMENT MEASURES OF PC TRACK BEAMS USED IN MONORAIL TRAFFIC
Considering the structural features of PC (prestressed concrete) track beams used in straddle monorail traffic, the comprehensive evaluation method and reinforcement measures about the damaged states of PC track beams are studied. Firstly, particular attentions are paid to establish a multi-level evaluation model for damaged PC track beams, presenting the evaluation indices and of which the rating standards are defined primarily in the model. Secondly, taking account of the deterioration degree and the adjusted weight of each element in sub-index level that is pertained to one element in index level, the elements in index level of the model are evaluated. Besides, the damaged states of PC track beams are characterized by the relational degree and its structural grade. Finally, Referencing to the conventional reinforcement methods, several feasible maintenance and reinforcement measures are classified according to the different damaged states to which the PC track beams may be subject in the future.
