SUBSTRUCTURE METHOD IN EIGENSOLUTIONS AND MODEL UPDATING FOR LARGE SCALE STRUCTURES
This paper proposed a model truncation approximation method in substructure technology to cope with the large scale eigenproblems and model updating. And the residual flexibility is introduced to improve the computation efficiency. A frame is analyzed to illustrate the procedures, which demonstrate that the proposed substructure method can release the computation load heavily. The method offers a basis for the further research on model updating and damage identification.
