PRODUCT AND PROCESS MODELING FOR SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF CABLE-STAYED BRIDGES ON THE ROAD NETWORKS
Product and process model for safety management of cable-stayed bridges on road networks has been proposed. The study has started with analyzing the safety management process including sensing, monitoring, data analysis and decision making process. The analyzed safety management process is re-structured and electrically represented by IDEFO which is a method designed to model the actions, activities and decisions of a system. Then, the product model of safety management information such as sensing, monitoring, signal data analysis is built up with EXPRESS-G language. The location of measuring point, especially, is electronically expressed on the three dimensional geometry of critical bridge members in order to assist end-users intuitional access and perception. Finally it is expected that the developed information model can make a database which is helpful to decision making.
