DISCUSSION OF SEISMIC DESIGN STANDARD FOR BUILDINGS OF STORY-ADDING AND UPGRADING

摘要：

Seismic design standard for buildings of story-adding and upgrading is unclear in code. Therefore, the seismic design standards for buildings of story- adding and upgrading are confused. In this paper, each viewpoint about seismic design standard for buildings of story-adding and upgrading is stated synthetically. Standards for seismic appraiser of building and Code for seismic design of buildings, important factors affecting seismic reliability of structures, and gists for earthquake fortification level are analysed. The conclusion is seismic appraiser and strengthing and seismic design should be combined with economic level, classification of seismic protection and design working life of story- adding and upgrading buildings.
