RESEARCH ON THE STRUCTURE CONDITION EVALUATION FOR MIXED PASSENGER AND FREIGHT RAILWAY DOUBLE-TRACK SUPER BRIDGE WITH SPEED OF 200 km、h
The mixed passenger and freight railway bridge with the speed of over 200km/h can provide stable and smooth lines on the bridge for the high-speed train. So it is the key to evaluate on the structure condition, which determines the maintenance work of bridge structure. At present this research has just started, and there is only guiding regulation for the design of new mixed passenger and freight railway bridge. According to the dynamical and static test for the speed-raise reform project by electrification LuShui double-track super bridge on Zhe-Gan railway, firstly, this paper tests the behaviors of the pre- stressed concrete continuous box girder under various loads; next, contrasts the test data to calculation results of the spatial entity finite element model of ANSYS; finally, obtains the evaluation result. The result demonstrates that: the bridge design theory is correct and the performance of the bridge generally meets the design requirements. Not only has the result provided the necessary technical parameter for the safe operation of super bridge, but also adequately proved that the design criteria and concept of new mixed passenger and freight railway bridge with the speed of 200km/h can satisfy the actual demand.
