COMFORT ANALYSIS OF THE NEW GUANGZHOU RAILWAY STATION

The comfort characteristics of the New Guangzhou Railway Station are studied in this paper by the theory of vehicle-structure interaction system. The vehicle is modelled by rigid body dynamics and the structure is modelled by finite element method. The wheel-rail interaction force is defined by displacement corresponding assumption. The superposition method is used in structure modelling in order to reduce the number of DOF. The whole histories of the Pioneer Train passing the station are simulated, based on which the structural vibrations of the waiting hall are analyzed and the comfort characteristics of the railway station are estimated.
