Research on Identification of Customer Properties Value Measurement based on Fault Diagnosis

In the era of internet, the trend of individuality and variety of consumers need are more and more obvious with economy globalization and the rapid development of technology. To survive and to develop in fierce market competition, enterprises must carry out efficient science management on various customer properties. Therefore, this thesis analyzes the constitutions of enterprises customer property value and types of customer property, then the thesis constructs model about identification of customer property value measurement based on fault diagnosis, and shows how to use this model by an example, which provides foundation to customer property value measurement for enterprise.
