The Analysis and Demonstration of Value Engineering about the Performance of Science & Technology Inputs of Local Government

摘要：

The problems of how to improve the performance of science & technology inputs of local government, and avoid the waste of science & technology inputs are attracted more attention by the society. One of effective solutions is setting and improving the performance evaluation system of science & technology inputs. By researching, this paper makes a performance evaluation index system of science & technology inputs, which is scientific and effective. And it also makes use of the theories and methods of value engineering、 AHP to construct the synthetic model of evaluating the performance of science & technology inputs of local government, which is made for the demonstration research.
