Research on Enterprise Dynamic Competitive Strategy Based on Customer Value Creation

Competitive strategy is very important for the development of enterprises. Based on the comparison of four kinds of competitive strategic thoughts, this paper has discussed a new thought that is based on the creation of customers value. The mechanism of forming enterprises competitive advantages, the strategic logic, the process of formulating strategies based on the thought of value creation is detailed. And the strategic models that enterprise can choose to implement in the fierce competitive age are put forward too.
