The Evaluation of Knowledge Management Performance Based on AHP

摘要：

The evaluation of knowledge management performance is not only an important way to know the level of knowledge management of enterprise but also a necessary component of it. This paper first describe the current situation of knowledge management performance evaluation in and out of home, the indicator system of knowledge managements performance evaluation and AHP based model are presented on the basis of the ralated reference and also do some example researches. The examples demonstrated that: hierarchy process method can do well in evaluation.
