Value-based Management on Customer-oriented Enterprise
The objective of this paper is to gain insight into the use of customer value management when focusing on enterprise value-based management. In this paper, it discusses how value is added through work on customer value implementation. It is the road from customer value management and promotion to enterprise management, which effects enterprise strategy, new product development, material purchasing, manufactureing, sale and find future product and service.
