A Value Evaluation System of the Reverse Logistics in a Middle & Small Sized Enterprise

This paper aimed at presenting a value evaluation system of the reverse logistics in a middle small enterprise. Based on the features investigation of the reverse logistics in the middle small enterprise, a three-phase value evaluation system is presented. It was the value engineering methods and theory that put up the whole model. Using this model, the boss of the middle small enterprise could get the whole, right and reasonable decision information a-bout the reverse logistics value, and know how to do with it well. In this paper, not only the evaluation system was introduced, but some applying suggestions were put forward at the same time.
