Risk and Prevention of Enterprise Value Innovation

摘要：

On the basis of defining connotation and core of enterprise value innovation venture, it was researched on how to discern and prevent value innovation venture, and then 3 low prevention mode was proposed. At the end, how to cultivate and improve the prevention capacity of enterprise value innovation venture was analyzed.
