Value Creating and Building of Competitive Advantage of Tobacco Industrial Enterprises
The 21st century is an era that value decides victory or defeat. Under the condition of opening market economy, how to get competitive advantage through value creating and continuously keep it has become an urgent issue to be solved in business management. From the reality of tobacco industrial enterprises, this paper discusses how the enterprises build dynamic competitive advantage of tobacco industrial enterprise from creating customer value through implementing integrated products research & development management.
