Business Strategy on Self-innovation and its Sustainable Development of Auto Enterprise in Shanghai

摘要：

Along with foreign auto manufacturers all landing China and domestic auto enterprises are being faced new recombination and conformity, auto enterprises in Shanghai will do what course to follow? This thesis refers to the experience of foreign auto enterprise and the five-dimension model of Enterprise Sustainable Development Ability, and describes the strategy on sustainable development of auto enterprises in Shanghai. By questionnaire, interview and so on, we learn about the latest situation of auto enterprises self-innovation in Shanghai. On the base of the situation, we put forward the business strategy on self-innovation for auto enterprises in Shanghai, and put forwards some advice.
