Theoretical Research and Positive Analysis on Industrial Competition Strategy

摘要：

After demarcating industrial technological competitiveness and industrial institutional competitiveness, this paper establishes industrial competition strategy matrix using this two variables and put forward the four basic strategy modes of industry leadership strategy, technology leadership strategy, cost leadership strategy and industry imitation strategy.
