Application Research on Industrial Innovation Policy

摘要：

Based on the Political Economics of Marxism, this paper puts forward the view that industrial innovation is the portfolio innovation of technology innovation and institution innovation. Three typical industrial innovation policy types (technology predominant type, institution predominant type and technology-institution equilibrium type) and governments innovation functions of each type are researched. Industrial innovation policy is classified into supply policies, demand policies and environment policies. Industrial innovation policy application model is designed. ILC (Industry life cycle)-based industrial innovation policy application is discussed.
