Opportunity, Challenge and Policy of Wuhan S&T Development for the Rising of Central China

摘要：

Based on the new changes of space and patterns of our countrys regional development and aiming at the strategic background of Central Chinas rising, this thesis analyses the present situation of Wuhans science and technology development and the opportunities and challenges that Wuhan faces. It further puts forward the strategic policy emphasis for the science and technology development of Wuhan.
