Organization Model and Coordination Mechanism of Dynamic Alliance of Real Estate Corporation

摘要：

Enterprises dynamic alliance is a new type of network formed by a number of enterprises. Though the exchange of complementary resources, the alliance can make rapid response to market and each of its members can reach its target and obtain long-term competitive advantage in the market at last. The paper expatiates on the significance of making the real estate enterprises dynamic alliance. According to the cha characteristics of real estate development projects, proposes three organization models.
