Value Analysis for Reform in Financial Treasury Centralized Payment

摘要：

As the centralized treasury payment system reform has attracted all the attention. The system is a requirement that a market economy country adapts to the market economic system, it will be beneficial to increase revenue, which has been proved in this paper, and based on the value engineering ideas, from the perspective of how to upgrade the value of a centralized treasury payment system in order to analyze the function and cost. In the end I have given some proposals to make good use of the value of a centralized treasury payment system reform.
