Study on Developing Logistics Business for Passenger Transportation Enterprise

摘要：

This paper introduces the necessity of developing logistics business for passenger transportation enterprises and existing risks, analyzes how to make full use of passenger transportation enterprises resource advantage and network advantage in logistics field. It also discusses how to expand the logistics market and search the operating mode of developing logistics business for passenger transportation enterprises. Lastly it adduces Liaoning HuYue limited company of passenger transportation to illustrate market analysis and selection of operating mode.
