A Research of VC-backed Enterprise Valuation Based on the Grey Relation Analysis

摘要：

This paper founds a new model of hierarchy synthetic evaluation of vc-backed enterprises based on the gray relation analysis, and presents a new method to determine the weights of the indices. This method can be used to avoid the subjective factors in valuation and get the satisfactory results.
