The Present Situation Analysis and Demand Prediction of Science and Technology Talents of Nanjing

摘要：

The article has conducted a detailed quantitative and structural analysis of the science and technology talents of Nanjing based on some relative data, meanwhile, by constructing model GM(1,1) we realize to predict the demand quantity of science and technology talents in the next five years needed by economic and social development of Nanjing and carry on a certain analysis correspondingly.
