Design and Realization of Grey PID Control System for High-Precision Simulated Turntable
A novel servo simulated turntable was designed and realized in order to simulate space motions of optoelectronic tracking equipments under the condition of ground laboratory. The main techniques including system construction, system function, hardware and software were proposed. According to specialties of the optoelectronic servo control system, the system model was analyzed and a multiple closed-loop control structure was designed. In order to eliminate the influence of nonlinear factors on the system control, according to the different characteristic of speed closed loop and position closed loop, PID method and grey prediction method were adopted to design the corresponding control algorithm. Results of experiment prove the servo turntable attains presetting requirements and the control system design is correct. The turntable can simulate random movements of space servo tracking equipments in two degrees of freedom and actual disturbances in two degrees of freedom, and provide real effective reference data for developing real devices and improving control algorithm.
