Evolution Game Analysis of Flowage Strategy of Science and Technology Persons of Nanjing

摘要：

Based on hypothesis of finite sense of game participators, employing basic analyzing frame of evolution game, construct respectively game model between science and technology persons and government in the case of inflow and outflow, and analyze accordingly evolution stabilization strategy, so as to describe evolution trend long-term of game between science and technology persons and government, then put forward measures and suggestions.
