Evolution Gambling Analysis of Scientific and Technological Talents’ Flow Wish Based on Interval Grey Numbers

Undoubtedly scientific and technological talents play a vital role in social economic development, and the human resource’s flow question also becomes the focal point to which the society pays attention day by day. This article uses evolution gambling theory to analyze the primary factor that influences scientists and technicians flow, and the evolution gambling model mainly expresses some entity elements that are difficult to be certain with accurate numerical with the interval grey number. Thereafter, this article will analyze each primary factor’s influence to the flow wish of the scientists and technicians through the model balanced result.
