Evaluation for Human Capital of Entrepreneur Based on Grey Hierarchy Method

摘要：

On the basis of lacking the effective means to measure the human capital of entrepreneur, this paper comprehensively applies Grey system theory and AHP to put forward grey hierarchy model to evaluate the human capital of entrepreneur, which is simple in calculation and high in credibility.
